With this creamy fish dish a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc would be perfect but for a special occasion why not upgrade to a Sancerre one of the most beautiful wines from the Loire Valley? Our Editor would recommend either Earl Grey or Rwanda tea (perfect from Northern Tea Merchants, Chesterfield) in your cup and if you are really celebrating how about adding a touch of fizz in your glass? - To keep things a bit more 'British' try a Chapel Down from Tenterden, Kent. Delicious! 🇬🇧 |
